For me, it started with an email - another disappointment in life’s conveyor belt. Through earthquakes, miscarriages, motherhood, burnout and early menopause - the reality that I was actually stuck in a career I no longer enjoyed and had failed to secure a job I didn’t truthfully want.

Within minutes of this disappointment was an email holding the key to a truly life-changing opportunity - though at the time, I had no idea just how epic that would be.

It wasn’t an escape - it was a return to the woman who had roamed far and back to the self she set aside.
